6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
EU Consumers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Subject to statutory exceptions, EU consumers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
For goods, the period normally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

Returning Products

Refund
Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, we will reimburse payments received from the customer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order.
If the customer selected a more expensive delivery option, the additional delivery cost does not have to be refunded.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The law provides for reimbursement within 14 days after the seller has been informed of withdrawal, subject to the statutory rules concerning return of the goods.
Exceptions to Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable statutory exception exists.
Particularly relevant to Anfaonline.com are:

The above change-of-mind return rules are separate from a customer’s statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied goods.
